Escenario: utilizamos un escenario simple, para poder facilitar la asimilación de las

diferentes numeraciones entre IPv4 e IPv6:

Si capturamos un paquete RIP veremos:

 

 

1) El destino es FF02::9 o lo que es igual a FF02:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0002,

esta es una dirección multicast reservada para RIP ( en versión 4 sería 224.0.0.9 )

 

2) El origen es FE80::260:70FF:FE15:507B que es la dirección local (site-local-address),

sólo de significado local.
